;1B�REAS,there has been raised by popular subscription
for the construction of a public swimming tank the sum of One
Thousand Dollars,which said siun has been turned over to this
Board of Trustees to be used in the construction of such sw.i.mning
tank; and,
`."HER=AS,such voluntary subscription of said sum is
substantial evidence of popular demand for such public utility;and,
7173EIMLS,that certain parcel of land located at the south-
east corner of Sacramento Street and Lodi Avenue and designated
as Tots One,Two and Three of Larson's Addition to Lodi is oirmed
by the City of Lodi and is a fit and suitable location for said
swimming tank;
Therefore Be It Resolved that the public interest,con-
venience and necessity demand the construction ^nd !nair_ter_erce of
a municipal swimming tank in the City o; Lodi; and,
Be It Purther Resolved that Lots One,Two and Three of
Larson's Addition to Lodi is a fit and. suitable location for said
swimming tank,and that said lots be and the same are hereby set
aside and appropriated for the use and occupancy of said municipal
swinnning tank.
I hereby certify that the above resolution was in—
troaucea at a regular session of the Board of Trustees of the
City of Lodi held on the 5th of April, 1915, and laid on the
table for not leas than rive Gaya; acid was taken up for final
co eration June 7, 1915. Tha rpso:union railed of adoption
ollowing vote: Ayes: Black. Noes: Deaver, rolendorf
