In re and to the Steel Tank and Tower: :::r.Hatch,representincr t_As Des :Jlnes 3ridze and Iron 1O. ,',Vas sant,and,af�ar t1oro'.,3A diSOU53iO.1 or the proposed plans by Sn_;. 4endarson,:fr. atr h and the me::i0ers ._' the 30ard,t;:a folloi7in.,7, resolution was read and introduced: R-7SO.-Id TiOV. 111_R?AS,the 31ard of Trustees of the City of Lodi did on the 9t'n.da;r of May, 1910, advertise for bids for the construction of a Steel Tank and Tolper;and, `!'13R3AS,the Des 'Moines 3ridge .1 Iron Company submitted the. lowesta and best bid for the construction of the sane in accordance with the plans and specifications subaitted,tq-wit: Sixty -One Hundred Dollars ( 6100.00); NoW,therefore,3e It Resolved,that the President of the 3oard of Trustees of the City of Lodi is hereby authorized and directed, for and on behalf of said City,to enter into a contract with said Des "Moines 3rid_ve & Iron Company for the construction of said tank and tower in accordance with said specifications for the sun of Sixty -One Rluidred Dollars ($6100.00),--sai.ch said st= is hereby foxid bs%said 3oard to be a reasonable and just price for the proposed work.
