was duly executed In behalf of the Ci-ty by the ?resident of the
3oard or Trustees and the Cit- Cleric.

3e It Resolved: that,at the General Municipal Meetion to be
held in the City of Lodi on April lith.,1910,the follo;vin, proposit-
ion be submitted to t o electors of said Cit;r,in substantially the

It was moved and seconded that the foregoin,resolution be
adopted as read -which :Notion was carried by the follolving vote:
