OB wKnAL xMICIPAL ELECTION TO BE FIELD IN THE CITY OR LODI CU
NONDAT, THE 12th b1Y OB APRIL, 1920.
YIFt22PAS, Section No. 852, Chapter VII, of Act No. 2348,
entitled ■An Act to Provide for the Organization, Incorporation,
and Government or Wanieipal Corporations,6 provides that cities of
the 813rth Class shall, on the Second Monday in April, in each even—
n, ere4 year, hold General Ninicipal Elections in such cities; and
Section 8569 of said Act, provides the Board of Trustees shall give
such notice of each election as may be prescribed ty ordinaose;
therefore be it
MESOLVED, that under the provisions of Ordinance No. 29,
of the City of Lodi., the President of the Board and the City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized anti directed to give notice
according to law of a General 7dnnicipal r"1. ection to be held in
and for said City of Lodi on MONDAY, the 12th DAY OB APRIL, 1920.
