This being the date set by published notice for the reception of
proposals to furnish the ma.^hinery noaded for the activated pludge
sewage disposal plant, the Board proceeded to publicly open and declare
the proposals received for sacs of t e items advertised for, the said
proposals being submitted by the following firms:-

in the above was postponed to the 19th.
The City of Lodi :,aing entitled to one Trustee in the local health
district; Dr. Jame E. Nelson was a -)pointed Trustee from Unit 21o. 3 of
_.a San Joaquin Local Health Di gtrict by the passage of Resolution go.374

Consulting Engineer Clyde F. Smith a-peared before the Board
5 with' the completed plans, details and specifications for the Activ-
ated Sludge Sewage Disposal Plant and the sane were approved and
adopted by the passage of Resolution ITo. 375 by the following vote:
