The rezone would be from R-1 *, Single -Family Residential (Eastside) to R -MD, Residential Medium Density, and R-1 * to PUB, Public and also for approval of a General Plan Amendment from LI, Light Industrial to MDR, Medium Density Residential and PQP, Public Quasi Public to MDR.
