HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgenda Report - November 6, 1996 (80)• •COUNCIL COMMUNICATION AGENDA TITLE: Acceptance of Improvements Under 1996 Handicap Ramp Retrofit Project - Various Locations Contract MEETING DATE: November 6, 1996 PREPARED BY: Public Works Director RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council accept the improvements under the "1996 Handicap Ramp Retrofit Project - Various Locations" contract and direct the City Engineer to file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder's office. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The project was awarded to Popuch Concrete Contracting, of Lodi, on June 19, 1996 in the amount of $48,275. The contract has been completed in substantial conformance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. The contract completion date and the actual completion date were both September 27, 1996. No change orders were issued on this project and the final contract price is $48,275.
