HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 1251RESOLUTION NO. 1251 Resolved by the City Council of the City of Lodi, San Toacuin County, California, that seid city council does hereby find and determine end. hereby declares that: The public interest and necessity require the acquisition, construction and oomplettios by the City Of Lodi of a public improvement, namely a city street. The public interest and necessity require the aoquisition for said public Improvement of the reel property, or interests in real property, hereinafter desoribed.
