HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 1241In the City Council, City of Lodi, Lodi, California RESOLUTION NO. 1241 VEEREASp in accordance with proceedings regularly had before this City Council and the City Planning Commission of the City of Lodi, it was directed that a public hearing be held before this City Council on Wednesday, the 7th day of November, 1945 on the proposal initiated by the City Planning Commission to rezone and reclassify the lands hereinafter described, and, SAS, due notice of said hearing was given in time, form and manner as prescribed by law and ordinance as is evidenced by the affidavit of ANNA KINSZ, the principal clerk of the publishers of THE LOUI TIES, the newspaper of general circulation in which it was directed that such notice be published, and, WHEREAS, at the time so set for hearing no persons appeared to object to said contemplated rezoning and reclassifying and the City Clerk reported that no written objections had been presented or filed with him, therefore, HE IT RESOLVED, that this City Council finds, determines and declares: (1) That due notice of said hearing was given. (2) That no protests were filed or presented at said bees of hearing or prior thereto. (3) That in accordance with the premises, this City Council has now acquired the jurisdittAnn necessary to rezone and reclassify the following properties in the manner set forth in said notice and in the proceedings first referred to in this Resolution. " Those portions of A.J.Larsons Subdivision of the Silk of Sect.12, T3N, R6E, lying South of Koenig Subdivision and between South School Street and the Southern Pacific Companymain line right of way"
