(RESOLUTION FINDING 41.ND STWCIFYING PREVAILING
WAGE RATES OER DIEM 'PO BE PAID BY CCNTRACTORS
OM PUBLIC WORKS FOR THE CITY CF LODI, CALIFORNIA.
EREAS, by the provisions of Article 2 of DiTision 2, Part 7,
Chapter 1 of the Labor Code of the State of California, this City
Council is required to ascertain and determine the general prevailing
per diem wages in this locality before awarding any contract tor
public works, and
WHERXAS, this City Council has asaertained that the per diem
wages for various types and crafts of workmen prevailing in this
locality are as follows, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that this City Council hereby finds, determines
and declares that the prevailing wages for the various Drafts and types
of workmen to be employed on any contraot or undertaking let by the
City of 1od.i shall be as follows: viz: -
Hr . Dap
Air Tool Operator $1.°0 $8.00
Carpenter C1.37h $11.00
Plumber $1.50 :42.00
Cement Finishers 4...25 $10.00
Laborers ' Unskilled $0.80 $6.40
Mixer Operator $1.00 $8.00
Truck Driver 0.90 $7.20
Any classification omitted herein, not less than 80 cents per hour.
Overtime, Sundays and Holidays, 1 times the above rates. In ease
of conflict of the above rates and those fixed by any applicable
Federal Order, the latter shall control.
