RESOLUTION NO. 1211
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZATION CF PAYMENT OF $148.74
TO THE TAX COLLECTOR OF THE COUNTY OF SAN
JOAQUIN IN PAYMENT BM A LI TO CERTAIN TAX
SOLD PROPERTY IN ALCOHDANCE WITH AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 4.3 of
Part 6, Division 1 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of this State,
an agreement was entered into by and between the Board of
Supervisors of San Joaquin County and this City Council of the
City of Lodi on March 15, 1914 wherein, on the payment of the sum
of 0148.74 by the 8ity of Lodi to the Tax Collector of San
Joaquin County, the said Tax Collector would make. execute and
deliver to the City of Lodi, after giving notice thereof as
provided by law, a deed as provided in Lection 3552.16 of the
said Revenue and Taxation Code to the following described tax
sold property:
Assessed in year of sale to John E. Snyder: AYERS
PITCHERS ADDITION TO LODI ' Commencing at the
intersection of the west line of Pleasant Avenue
and the south line of Lockeford Street, thence run-
ning Westerly 100 feet, thence Southerly 157$f$ feet,
thence Easterly 100 feet, thence Northerly
feet to the point of beginning, excepting the
south 10 feat for alley.
AND KIEREAS, all conditions precedent to the making
of said deed have been performed by the Tax Collector of San
Joaquin Lounty as is evidenced by affidavits on file and of
record in his office, now therefore,
BE IT HESOLVED, that a warrant be drawn on the Treasury
of the City of Lodi in the said sun of X14.8.74 to be delivered
to the said Tax collector of an Joaquin County on delivery of
the deed herein described.

Certified to be a full, true and correct copy of
Resolution No. 1211 of the City Council of the
City of Lodi as passed and adopted in a regular
meeting of said Council held on Wednesday,
August 2, 194.11 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen, Higgs, heihe, Coffield, Tolliver
and Rinn
NOES: Councilmen, None
ABSENT: Councilmen, None
