WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 9705 of the Election Code of the State of California, a general municipal election is to be held and conducted in the City of Lodi. on Tuesday, the lltb day of April, 191 , for the purpose of electing I (a) City Councilmen each for a full term of four years, a City Treasurer for a full term of four years, a City Clerk for a full tern of four years and for voting on the following two propositions "Shall the City Council of the City of Lodi hereafter appoint the City Clerk of said City?" "Shall the City Council of the City of Lodi hereafter appoint the City Treasurer of said City?"
