HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgenda Report - July 17, 1996 (70)AGENDA TITLE: Final Map and Improvement Agreement for Century Meadows Two, Unit No. 3, Tract No. 2719 MEETING DATE: July 17, 1996 PREPARED BY: Public Works Director RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the final map for Century Meadows Two, Unit No. 3, Tract No. 2719, and direct the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the Improvement Agreement and map on behalf of the City. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Lewis Homes of California, the developer of this subdivision, has furnished the City with the improvement plans, necessary agreements, guarantees, insurance certificates, and fees for the proposed subdivision. The subdivision is located south of Century Boulevard, east of the existing Century Meadows Three development and west of the existing Century Meadows One development, as shown on the attached Exhibit A, and contains a total of 37 single-family residential lots.
