HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 1141In the City Council city Of Lodi Lodi, California RESOLUTION NO. 1141 RESOLUTION DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY CF LODI BE IT RESOLVER by the City Council of the CITY CF LODI, a California municipal corporation, that its Mayor and Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized, empowered and directed, for and on its behalf, to enter into and execute with PAGIrIC UAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY and THE PACIFIC TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAP11 COMPANY, two California corporations, that certain agreement which relates to the permission given by said Companies to said City to use a certain pole jointly owned by said Companies for the purpose Of maintaining thereon said City's four thousand volt circuit and which has been submitted by said Companies at this meeting of this said City Council. ADOPTED on the 2nd day of September 19142, by the following votes: AYES: Councilmen, Coffield, vvethe, niggs, Hinn and Bull (Mayor) NOES: Councilmen, None ABSENT: Counciln.erz, None I, the undersigned, do hereby certify that I am the duly elected, qualified and acting Clerk of the CITY ©f' LODI, a California municipal corporation; that the above and fore- going is a full, true and correct copy of a resolution which was duly glinted by the City u9b1Llcll of the said City at a regular meeting of said City Council which was duly and regularly held on the second day of September, 191.52; that at said meeting . majority of the members constituting said City Council was present and voted tit favor of the adoption of said resolution: and that the same has never been amended, revoked or repealed, but is still in full force and effect.
