HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 1133In the City Council City of Lodi Lodi, California RESOLUTION N O . 13413 A HESOJJIION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LODI SUPPLIMENTING ITS RESOLUTION NO. 826 ADOPTED JANUARY 6, 1936 DESIGNATING CEHTAIN STREETS AS "STREETS OF MAJOR IMPORTANCE" IN COMPLIANCE WITH Nti.IioN 195 OF THE SitiH iS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. RESOLVED, that the following streets within the corporate limits of the City of Lodi, between the termini indicated herein, be selected, approved and designated by this City council as "Streets of Major Importance" That portion of former State Highway 53 revested in the City of Lodi by resolution of the California State Highway Commission adopted May 27, 1942, particularly described as follows: Woodbridge Road, from the Westerly City Limits at Lockeford Avenue to Church Street; Church Street from Woodbridge Road. to Lockeford Street; Lockeford Street from Church Street to Route ! (Cherokee Lane), a total distance of 2.52 miles BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this City Council does hereby recommend to the Department of Public Works of this State that the above listed streets or portions of streets be like- wise approved and designated by the Director of said Department as Streets of Major Importance in the City of Lodi. 0 The foregoing Resolution No. law, was regularly introduced at a regular meeting of the city council of the City of Lodi held July 1, 1912 on motion of Councilman Coffield and seconded by CouncilmanWeihe , and on roll call, the same was adopted by the following vote: AYES : councilmen, Coffield,Weihe,Rigga,Rinn & Bull (Mayor) NOES: Councilmen, None ABSENT: Councilmen, None City Clerk Certified to be a full, true and correct copy of' Resolution No. 10.1 of the City Council of the City of Lodi and of the record of the adoption thereof. t 1y 1, 19142 In the City Council City of Lodi Lodi, California RESOLUTION NO. 1133 A RESOLUTION OF THE CIT COUNCIL OF THE CITY OE' LODI SUPPLIMENTING ITS RESOLUTION NO. 826 ADOPTED JANUARY 6, 1936 DESIGNATING CERTAIN STREETS AS "STREETS OF MAJOH 1N!POHTANCE" IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 195 OF THE STHEETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE Of THE STATE Ol' CALIPOKNIA.
