RESOLVED, in accordance with Section 770 of the Labor
Code Of the State of California, that se City Council of
the City of Lodido.hereby dote tthe general pre-
vailing rate of per diem wagei pal4tin the City of Lodi is
as Shown �n 'Appendix A" attached/fiereto and made a part
