HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 2059In the City Council City of Lodi Lodi, California RESOLUTION N0. 2059 DECLARING THE INTENTION OF ME CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LODI TO VACATE RIGHT OF WAY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WEST LOCIEFORD STREET ADJACENT TO RODINE SQUARE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lodi as follows: Section 1.,.It is the intention of the City Council of the City of Lodi, acting in accordance with the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of•California, to vacate, close, and abandon as public street the following portions of street situated in the City of Lodi, County of San Joaquin, State of California, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Rodine Square, as filed for record April 17, 1957 in Volume 14, page 116, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records; thence South 89° 181 30" East along the South line of said Lot 1, 95.25 feet; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 20 feet and a long chord of 17.32 feet which bears South 65° 02' West to a point; thence North 89° 18' 30" West 79.43 feet; thence North 0° 55' 30" West 7.5 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 1, said point also being the point of beginning. Also Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 11, Bodine Square, as filed for record April 17, 1957 in Volume 14, page 116, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin 1. Comity Records; thence Booth 0 55' 30" Fast 100.56 feet to the true point of beginning; thence along a carve to the left having a radius of 20 feet and a long chord of 27.88 feet which bears South 45° O7' Banat; thence North 89° 18' 34" West 9.72 feet; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 10 feet and a lig chord of 13.94 feet which bears North 45° 07' West; thence North ©° 55' 30" West 9.72 feet to the true point of beginning. Section 2. NOTICE IS Ell= GITBN that this City Council does hereby fix WN$02$D , 0CTONINR 2, 1957, at the hour of 8:00 o'eleak p.m. and the CITY C0 UL CHAP i8, CITY NALL, LODI, CA I!O'I►, ao the time and place win and where all persons interested in or objecting to the vacation herein proposed may appear before this City Council and be heard.
