RESOLUTION NO. 2013
ELIMINATING RED CURB MARKINGS ON THE SOUTH-
EAST AND SOUTHWEST COBS OF THE LOCUST AND
STOCKTON STREETS INTERSECTION.
WHEREAS, Stockton Street has been established as a Major
Street and diagonal parking on said street between Elm Street
and Locust Street is being eliminated; and
WHEREAS, in the opinion of the City Engineer, safety re-
quirements have been met by the above action, negating the
purpose of red curb markings at the southeast and southwest
corners of the Locust Street and Stockton Street intersection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the red curb mark-
ings on the southeast and southwest corners of the Locust and
Stockton Streets intersection be, and the same are hereby
eliminated.
Certified to be a full, true and correct
copy of Resolution No. 2013 as passed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of
Lodi in regular meeting held April 3, 1957.
