HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 2013In the City Council City of Lodi Lodi, California RESOLUTION NO. 2013 ELIMINATING RED CURB MARKINGS ON THE SOUTH- EAST AND SOUTHWEST COBS OF THE LOCUST AND STOCKTON STREETS INTERSECTION. WHEREAS, Stockton Street has been established as a Major Street and diagonal parking on said street between Elm Street and Locust Street is being eliminated; and WHEREAS, in the opinion of the City Engineer, safety re- quirements have been met by the above action, negating the purpose of red curb markings at the southeast and southwest corners of the Locust Street and Stockton Street intersection; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the red curb mark- ings on the southeast and southwest corners of the Locust and Stockton Streets intersection be, and the same are hereby eliminated. Certified to be a full, true and correct copy of Resolution No. 2013 as passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in regular meeting held April 3, 1957. HENR A. GLAVESJR.
