HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 2010In the City Council City of Lodi Lodi, California RESOLUTION NO. 2010 FIXING HOURS OF' WORK FOR POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL RESOLVED, that paragraph b., Section 1., Rule IX, of the "Rules for Personnel Administration" be amended to read as follows: "b. Police Personnel and Uniformed Firemen: All police personnel shall work a minimum of forty hours a week. All uniformed firemen shall work a minimum of 137 twenty-four-hour shifts per year, averaging sixty-three hours per week. The tours of duty for the members of the Fire Department shall start at eight o'clock a.m. Certified to be a full, true and correct copy of Resolution No. 2010 of the City Council of the City of Lodi as passed and adopted in reg- ular meeting held April 3., 1957. l� - NRY A.
