RESOLUTION NO. 1940
AWARD OF CONCRETE PIPE FOR USE IN THE
ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT OF THE 'CITY OF LD I
WHEREAS, in answer to notice duly published in accordance
with law and the order o1 this City Council, sealed bids were
received andublicl�r opened by the City Clerk of this City
on Juno 25, 1956, for the purcha*e by the City of Lodi of
Concrete Pipe as described ii the a!pacifications therefor ap-
proved by this City Council in regular session on June 13,
1956, and
WHEREAS, said bids have been compared, checked and
tabulated and a report thereof filed with the City Manager
far recommendation of award by this City Council, and said
City Manager has made his recommendation, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that award of contract for the sale of
said Concrete Pipe to the City of Lodi be and the same is
hereby awarded in accordance with the recommendation of the
City Manager aa follows:
