RESOLUTION NO. 1911
WITHDRAWING CERTAIN PROPERTY ANNEXED
TO THE CITY OF LODI FROM THE WOODBRIDGE
RURAL COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, This City Council did by Ordinance No. 546
effective February 17, 1956 approve the annexation of that
real property, contiguous to the City of Lodi, desig-
nated as 61st Additions Lands North of Lockaford Street and
Loma of Loa Drive, and
SAS there is on file in the office of the City
Clerk of the City of Lodi the Certificate of the Secretary
of State of the State of California, executed by said Secretary
of State on February 20, 1956, referring to said Ordinance No.
546, and the annexation of the real property described therein
and
WHEREAS,it is the desire of this City Council that
said property esignated as 61st Addition Lands North of Locke -
ford Street and West of Loma Drive, be withdrawn from the Wood-
bridge Rural County Fire Protection District, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LODI
AS FOLLOWS:
That that certain real property, designated as 61st
Addition Lands North of Lockaford Street and West of Loma Drive,
and particularly described as follows, to wit:
Lots 35, 34 27, and 26, except the NortA
75 feet of Lot 26, and the North 30 feet of Lot
, as said Lots are designated on the map entitled,
"Gerard Tract", which map was filed August 8, 1916,
in Book of Maps and Plats, Vol. 8, page 62, San
Joaquin County Records, containing 10.7 acres,
more or less.
annexed to the City of Lodi by Counoil Ordinance No. 546, be
and it is hereby declared to be withdrawn from the Woodbridge
Rural County Fire Protection District.

Certified to be a full, true and correct copy of
Resolution No. 1911 passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Lodi in regular meeting
held March 7, 1956.
