HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 1909RESOLUTION NO. 1909 WHEREAS, the Finance Director of the City of Lodi has requested permission of the City Council to destroy old records in his posses- sion pursuant to the provisions of Section 34090 of the Government Code of the State of California, and WHEREAS, the City Attorney of the City of Lodi has given his written approval for the destruction of the records hereinafter described.
