IOTASLOUTH PLEAS - A SING D I, ?1L/GHTING DISTRICT, DNT AVENUE LIMITING 1XCT, AND THE SOUTH LRE AYR LIGHTING DISTRICT, $Y THE COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR RESOLVED, that all special asseents for street light construction in the South Church treat Lighting District, Downtown Lighting district, South Pleasant Avenue Lighting District, Fairmont Avenue Lighting Distot, and South Lee Avenue Lighting District, which remain unpaid at the time of the adoption of this resolution shall be forwarded to the San Joaquin County Tax Collector with the request for their inclusion on the 1955-56 property tax rolls in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 18.1 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. Thss.d.escription of the property to be assessed and the amount of the assessment together with interest thereon from the date of filing the original list of unpaid assessments and at the rate of one per cent (1%) per month to the next succeeding thirty-first day of December of the tax year for which such roll is being prepared, all as provided in Section 5+51 of said Streets and Highways Code, is contained in a list hereto appended and made a part of this resolution. ** ** ** ** ** ** Certified to be a f11, true and correct copy of Resolution No. 1372 as pissed and adopted by the City Council of the Cit of Lodi in regular meeting hell July 6, 1955.
