RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM
WHEREAS, A. C. Heckenlaible, Superintendent of Streets
of the City of Lodi, County of San Joaquin, State of California,
filed with the City Clerk of the City of Lodi on December 23,
1954, an assessment diagram covering and showing the real
property described in the assessment district set forth in
Resolution of Intention No.1822 adopted by the City Council
of said City of Lodi on the 7th day of July , 1954, and
said assessment diagram appearing to be in all respects cor-
rect and proper and in full conformity with the provisions
of Sections No. 5341 and No. 5342 of the "Improvement Act
of 1911",
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HERESY RESOLVED, by the City Council
of the City of Lodi, County of San Joaquin, State of California,
that said assessment diagram so prepared and filed as set forth,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the City Clerk is hereby
directed to certify the fact and date of this approval and
immediately thereafter deliver the said assessment diagram to
A. C. Heckenlaible, Superintendent of Streets, who shall proceed
to prepare and file an assessment in the time, form and manner
provided by law.

Certified to be a full, true and correct copy of
Resolution No. X852 as passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Lodi im regular meet-
ing held Wednesday, January 5, 1955.
