Reserving, however, and excepting from the vacation of said alley, the permanent easement and right therein to maintain, operate and construct lines of pipe, conduit, cables, poles, equipment and fixtures for the operation of water, sewer, gas, telephone, and electric lines now located in or to be located in said alley. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of the City of Lodi shall cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder as required by Section 8324 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. ** ** ** ** ** ** Certified to be a full, true and correct copy of Resolution No. 1850 as passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in regular meeting held December 1, 1954, all members present and voting for such adoption.
