1941), did an the 3rd day of November, 1954, pass and adopt
Ordinance leo. 517, therein daolaring the intimation of said
City Council to vacpate the vest 225 test of the alley lying

said Ordinance, and.

WRS MAN, at that time and place a public kesiriag was
held and conducted and t•stiR *y for and against said vacation

was received, the City Council of the City of Lodi did
determine that said alley vas unnecessary for the present
or future public use (excepting an easement for public
utilities) and did so find and declare, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that the following described alley
is hereby ordered vacated, closed up and abandoned;
The west 225 feet of that certain alley lying
between Tamarack Drive and Rimby Avenue as said
streets and alley are designated on the map en-
titled "Kno11 Subdivision", which map::was filed
February 20, 1948, in Vol. 10, Page 5, Book of
Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records.
Reserving, however, and excepting from the vacation
of said alley, the permanent easement and right therein to
maintain, operate and construct lines of pipe, conduit, cables,
poles, equipment and fixtures for the operation of water,
sewer, gas, telephone, and electric lines now located in
or to be located in said alley.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of the
City of Lodi shall cause a certified copy of this resolution
to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder as
required by Section 8324 of the Streets and Highways Code
of the State of California.

Certified to be a full, true and correct copy of
Resolution No. 1850 as passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Lodi in regular meeting
held December 1, 1954, all members present and
voting for such adoption.
