No action required. d Action required. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The following actions were taken at the regular Planning Commission meeting of June 10, 1996: a. Conditionally approved the request of Baumbach & Piazza, on behalf of Baker-Keszler, et al., for approval of the tentative subdivision map for Bridgetowne, Unit 1, a 53 -lot, 19.75 acre, single-family residential project proposed for 2108-3085 W. Turner Road (i.e. 015-230-36 & 38) in an area zoned R-1, Single -Family Residential. b. Conditionally approved Use Permit U-96-02, request of Lustre -Cal Nameplate Corporation, 110 E. Turner Road, for a Use Permit renewal to allow the continued use of a temporary office trailer at their place of business for a period of two years. C. Conditionally approved Use Permit U-96-03, request of Muller Supply Co., 412 S. Sacramento Street, for a Use Permit renewal to allow for the continued use of a temporary office trailer at their place of business for a period of one year. d. Set public hearing for Wednesday, July 17, 1996, for City Council approval of recommended amendment to Lodi Municipal Code to permit full service car washes in CS, Commercial Shopping zones with a use permit and amendment adopting new off-street parking standard for such car washes. No action required. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The following actions were taken at the last regular Planning Commission meeting of June 24, 1996: a. Conditionally approved Tentative Map 96 S 006, request of Baumbach & Piazza, on behalf of Baker-Keszler, et al., for approval of the tentative subdivision map for Century Meadows One, Unit 2, a 52 -lot, 10.7 acre, single-family residential project proposed for 2081 East Harney Lane in an area zoned R-2, Single -Family Residential.
