RESOLUTION KO. 1612
OVERRULING PROTESTS AND DETERMINING
THAT PROTESTS WERE PRESENTED BY LESS
THAN 50% OP AFFECTED PROPERTY OWNERS
WHEREAS, on tbs 18th day of April 1951 this City Council
did pass and adopt its Resolution of Intention No. 1601 to order
certain work to be done and i&provmainte to be she is, on aaad
along certain *treets, aysnuee end public ways described Walvis
under and.purenent to the "laaprovemsnt Act of 1911' refersnco
to said Resolution of Intention is here made for all further
particulera; and
1 RREAS, certein afters of real property liable to be

written protests or ob jecti ons to the senate and delivered these
to the City Cibrk on or before the hour set for hearing such
objections; aced
WHEREAS, at the tins and place set for the hearing of
objections to said work an* improvement, to wit, at the hour or
$;lO o'clock p.m. of Wedne 1� June 6, 1951 in the City Council
Chamber., City Rall, Lodi, California, this City Council proceeded
to hear the save, and all protests .'having been heard and duly
considered;
RESOLVED, chat e11 of said protests and objections be,
and the same are hereby overruled and denied; and
RESOLVED, further, that this City Council hereby findd
that said protists and objections are *ado by the yrs of leas
than one-half of the frontage of the property liable to be assessed
for the payment or tbs cost of said work and improvement.
