RESOLVED FURTHER, that advertisement for sealed bids return- able to the City Clerk on Monday, Nay 21, 1951, at the hour of 4:00 o'clock p.m. of said day be had in The Lodi Times, a weekly newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the pity of Lodi and hereby designated for this purpose. Said sealed bids shall be presented to this City Council by the City Manager at its next meet- ing held after the same are received together with his recommendation as to award of contract or otherwise.
