(1) RESOLVED, That Resolution No. 1364, adopted Septem- ber 17, 1947, be rescinded and that the deed or deeds authorized thereby (unrecorded) be and the same are hereby cancelled and thereafter shall be of no force and effect. (2) FURTHER RESOLVED, That in lieu of the deeds mentioned in (1) above, this City deeds to George W. Emde and Elizabeth N. Snide, as joint tenants, for the consideration of Five' Hundred Forty Dollars (4540.00), the roadway and one-quarter acre of land described in the.annexed copy of deed.
