WHEREAS, on the 20th day of April, 194B, a petition signed by Melber F. Ayres and others, was received by the City Council, praying that the following described uninhabited ter- ritory in San Joaquin County, contiguous to this City be an- nexed thereto, viz: Each of Lots Fifteen (15) and Twenty-two 1a2) au these iota are delineated and so designated on the ottiot*a map of Gerard Tract. SAS, the aatd petition for annexation was ria - ferrel to the City Planning Commission of this City alaio i Commission approved the design of the lots compriaing this • addition, the improvements thereon and the public irprovmta therein as not inferior to those required by the laW$,.ordl.rides and regulations of this City and recommended this addttieu for annexation, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, that it is the intention of tale City Council to annex to the City of Lodi all the lairs petitioned for annexation as above set forth, designating the sante, for identification as "LOTS 15 AND 2. GERAO TRACT ADDITION" 1 pursuant to proceedings bad and to be had conforming to the provisions of the "Annexation of Uninhabited. Territory Act of 1939" as amended. -1- BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEp AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that this City Council will hold a public hearing on the in- tention herein expressed, to be held in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, Lodi, California, beginning at the hour of 8:00 P. M. of Wednesday, May 19, 191€3, 0 which place and time objectS.ons. may be presented by interested property owners affected hereby.
