RESOLUTION NO. 14.07 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ASSIGNMENT OF APPLICATION FOR APPROPRIATION OF WATER AND DIRECTING THE COMPLETION OF FILING OF SAID APPLICATION WITH THE DIVISION OF WATER RESOURCES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. WHEREAS, on or about the 24th day of February, 1948, Irving Eddlemon, Louis Hieb and Verne W. Hoffman filed an application with the Division of Water Resources, Department of Public Works of the State of California for authority to appropriate certain waters of the Mokelumne River, Bear Creek, Dry Creek and Paddy Creek, and, WHEREAS, the said applicants have assigned all their right, title and interest in and to said application to this City of Lodi, a municipal corporation, located within the boundaries of the water conservation district proposed to be formed under appropriate laws of this state, the said application being numbered 12350, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, that this City Council, for and on behalf of the City of Lodi do, and hereby does, accept the assignment of said application No. 12350 and that A. C. Heckenlaible, City Engineer of this City be, and he is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to complete said filing in the name of the City of Lodi at the earliest possible moment. 0 Certified to be a full, true and correct copy of Resolution No. 1407 of the City Council of the City of Lodi and that the same was passed and adopted in adjourned regular meeting of said City Council held March 16, 194 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmen, Tolliver, Haskell, Lytle and Rinn(Mayor) NOES: Councilmen, None.
