HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 1397In the City Council City of Lodi Lodi, California RESOLUTION NC. 1397 RESOLUTION SPECIFYING TIME LIMITS FOR THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON CERTAIN STREETS AND ADDING A PORTION OF SOUTH CHURCH STREET ON WHICH VEHICLES SHALL BE PARKED PARALLEL TO THE CURB LINES THEREOF. RESOLVE), that it is to the interest of public interest and convenience that parking time limits, as hereinafter set forth, be, and the same are hereby established on the following named portions of the following named streets, viz: One (1) Flour Parking Limit: Sacramento Street between Lockeford Street and Lodi Avenue School Street between Lockeford Street and Lodi Avenue Locust Street between Church Street and Southern Pacific RR Elm Street between Pleasant Avenue and Southern Pacific RR Pine Street between Church Street and Southern Pacific RR Oak Street between Pleasant Avenue and Southern Pacific RR Walnut Street between Church Street and Southern Pacific RR Two (2) Hour Parking Limit: Pine Street between Lee Avenue and Church Street Pine Street between Main Street and Stockton Street Elm Street between Main Street and Stockton Street Main Street between Elm and Oak Streets on East Side Only. Church Street between Walnut Street and Locust Street BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that all vehicles shall be required to be parked parallel to the right hand curb line with the right hand wheels thereof within eighteen (la) inches of the curb, on South Church Street between Oak Street and Walnut Street. The Superintendent of Streets will cause these portions of South Church Street to be appropriately marked to show the proper parking of vehicles thereon. This resolution is adopted in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 339 of this City and shall be effective from and after the date on which signs and markings are placed indicating the regulations herein enacted. All resolutions or parts of resolutions not in conformance with the provisions hereof are hereby revoked and annulled. Certified to be a full, true, and correct copy of Resolution No. 139'/ as passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in ad- journed regular meeting held February 4, 1948. City Cler
