RESOLUTION NO. 2496
DETERNT-,RC THAT THE PORTION OF STREET KNOWN
AS "DAIS'EY AVENUE" BE NAMED 'DAISY AVENUE"
MiMEAS, "Da,isey Avenue" and "Daisy Avenue" in the City of
Lodi are one and the same street; and
UNQ�Agp the difference in the spelling of the name of said
street leads to confusion of the general public; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has recommended to
the City Council of the City of Lodi that "Daisey Avenue" be
changed to "Daisy Avenue"; and
WKMAA, after public hearing thereon, the Cily Council
ands there are no objections to the proposed stre,bt name change;�
1, the City Council of the City of Lodi finds that
the recommended change would be of benefit and convenience to
the general public; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lodi that
"Dailey Avenue" be and the same is hereby changed to "Daisy Avenue";
BE IT FUROR RE9CLVED that a copy of this resolution,
duly certified and sealed, to filed with the County Recorder
of San Joaquin County to accomplish the purpose hereof;
BE IT FURTTiER RESOLVED that a oopy of this resolution be
filed with the San Joaquin bounty Assessor, San Joaquin County
Surveyor, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Pacific Telephone
and Telegraph Company, and the United States Post Office, Lodi,
California.
