FOLLOWS i
1. It is the iutontiora of tha City Counoil of tha Gity of Lodi,
acting in accordance with the provisions of Section 50430 et. seq.
of the Government Code of the State of California to vacate and
abandon those certain public serwic euaetnants situated in the City
of Lodi, County of Sala Joaquin, State of California, more particularly
described as foilodat

lying within Lot 6, as shown upon the map entitled,
"Barbour -Beckman Tract No. 2" which map was filed in
Volume 13, Page 43, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin
County Necur3s,

County, covering the following described real property:

described as follows:
Beginning at a paint ui, the Nortt. Lii e of 1,ot 6 in

easterly of the North West (N.W.) corner of said Lot 61
thence Southerly a distance of 120 feet to a point
on the North line of the existing North and South ease-

of the centerline of said existing easement.
