WITHDRAWING CERTAIN PROPERTY ANNEXED
TO THE CITY OF LODI FROM THE WOODBRIDGE
RURAL COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
W HEREAS, this City Council did by Ordinance No. r,99 , effective
September 15# 19611 approve the annexation of that certain real
property, contiguous to the City of Lodi, designated as
"Ch: tie AA1ition* ; and
W HEREAS, there is on file in the office of the City Clerk of
the City of Lodi the Certificate of the Secretary of State of the
State of California, executed by said Secretary of State on bspte o.
ber 18, 1+x+1 , referring to said Ordinance No.9 , and the an-
nexation of the real property described therein; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of this City Council that said
property designated as "Chiappa M4ittOn
be withdrawn from the Woodbridge Rural County Fire Protection
District; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lodi as
follows:
That that certain real property, designated as
