GRANTING All PERMIT FOR ERECTION OF A
FENCE WITHIN THE SEMAACK LINE ON SACRAMENTO STREET
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lodi, under
the provisions of Ordixr anoe No. 629, that there is hereby granted
to the owners of the property hereinafter described an encroachment
permit to authorize the erection and maintenance of a six-foot
chain link fence on the property line of the hereinafter described
property which is within the setback line established on South
Sacramento Street by Ordinance Nb. 665 of the City of Lodi.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the real property herein referred
to is situated in the City of Lodi, County of San Joaquin, State
of California, and is more particularly described as follows:
Lots 23, 24, 25 and a portion of 2b Larson's
Addition to Lodi as filed April 4, IA96 in San
Joaquin County Records.
IT IS aREBY FU UTTER RESOLVED, ttiat this permit is t u bes
affective on September 15, 1961 and is madte subject to the sub-
mission and recordation of an agreement by the owners of the above
described real property to remove the structure allowed by this
ermit at such time in the future that the property is required
or the widening of said street and, furthermore, that said removal
will be at no expense to the City of Lodi or to any State agency
which pray acquire said property.
