AMPENG THE: PREVAILING WACE SCALE IN ACCOR-
DANCE WITH SECTION 1770 CF THE LABOR CODE
RESOLVED, in aocordan,cs with Section 1770 of the Labor
Code of the State of California, that the City Council of
the City of Lodi does hereby determine that the general
prevailing rate of per diem wages paid in the City of Lodi
is shown on "Exhibit All attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution Na 2360 is
hereby repealed.
Dated: July 19, 1961
