HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 2452RESOLUTION NO. 2452 RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE `COLLECTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET LIGhr CON- STRUCTION ON THE CARDINAL- RIBIER STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT AND THE PALM AVENUE STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT BY THE COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR RESOLVED, that all special assessments for street light construction in the Cardinal-Ribier Street Lighting District and the Palm Avenue Street Lighting District which remain unpaid at the time of the adoption of this resolution shall be forwarded t o the San Joaquin County Tax Collector with the request for their inclusion on the 1951-.62 property tax rolls in aocordance with the provisions of Chapter 18.1 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. The description of the property to be assessed and the amount of the assessment together with interest thereon fin the date of filing the original list of unpaid assessments and at the rate of one per cent (l'/mer month to the next aueeeed- in&thirty- first day of December of the tax year for which such roll is beim prepared, all as provided in Section 5451 of said Streets and Highways Code, is contained in a list hereto appended and made a part of this resolution. Dated: July 5, 1961 Certified to be a full, true and cQr•reot copy of Resolution, No. 2452 passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in regular meeting held July 5, 1961.
