RESOLUTION ACCEPTINQ OFFER OF D E L I C A T I u ,v
OF CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS IN CAPELL PARK,

This CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY L4 LODDI BINDS:
1. That all thw requira,wen ta of Ordinance No. 624 of the
City Council of the City of Lodi have been complied with In
connection vith the improvement of oertain streets located
within that cartain subdivision known as Cµpell Park which
map was filed Augudl. 111, 1959, in Volume 16, page 26, Book
of Nape and Plats, San Joaquin County reaords.
?. That the offer to dedicate the street: hereinafter
described hae not been revoked.
NOW THEREFORE, be it received by thw City Council of the
City of Lodi that the following ntreeta designated on the
above deeoribed subdivision map be and the same are hmreby
accepted as public streets:
a. Ja,ck.on Street
b. Walnut Street
U. Lorna Drive (frolp uaCkeun Street to Walnut 04reet)
d. Lodi Avenue
