FIXING TAX RATE IN PROVISION FOh VEVEM FOR THA
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1960
AND ENDING JOIE 30, 1961
ASUy this City Council did, on the 6th day of July,
1960, adopt a budget by the passage of Ordinance No. 6'78,
therein setting forth the several amounts of revenues from
property taxes necessary to support its departments for the
current year and to pay the bonded or other indebtedness of
the City; and
WHM1S, the roll of all properties in the
City of Lodi subject to taxation for municipal purposes
returned by the County Auditor as equalized by the Board
of Supervisors of San Joaquin County and by the State Board
of Equalization displays a total assessed valuation of
$33,489,180.00; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that taxer in provisiun of r*voutto tv
support the various departments of the City of Lodi and to
pay the cost of collection of said taxes be, and the sauce
are hereby levied upon all of the assessed value of said
taxuble property at the following rates (expressed in ce.Qta
per $100.00 of said assessed value), to wit:
FOR TIE GENERAL FM at $0.82
FOR TIiE LIBRARY FUND at 0 1$
A TOTAL TAX RATE CF $1.00

transmit a certified copy thereof to the Cowity Auditor of
San Joaquin County as provided in sectiw, 51511 of the Govern-
ment Code of this State and said City Clerk shall cause a
copy thereof to be published one time in the "Lodi News-Sentindl"
iii eumpliance with Section 36936.1 of said Government Code.
