WHEREAS, the City Counci3. 'Of.: h City of Lod# did on thy:

No.2319 for the work and improvement to be made and done pursuant
to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911"; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lodi desires
that any assessment hereafter to be made for the assessment
of the distribution of the costs thereof upon the lands bene-
fited thereby, shall be made and signed by the City Engineer
of the City of Lodi;
N0W THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Lodi, that any assessment hereafter made dis-
tributing the costs of the work described in Resolution of
Intention No. 2319 , of this Body, upon the property benefited
thereby, shall be made and signed by the City Engineer of
the City of Lodi.
Certified to be a full, true and correct copy of
Resolution No. 2331 as passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Lodi in regular meet-
ing held Wednesday, ;Tune 1, 1960.
