S. Highway 99 has been forwarded to the City Council of the City of Lodi and goad cause appearing therefor, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk of "tile City of Lodi be and they are hereby ordered and authorizjd to accept and execute on behalf of the City of Lodi the agree- ment with the State of Californian Depa,rtmeist of Public Works, Division of Highways, hereinabove referred to.
