WHEREAS, this Citi' Council did by Ordinance No. 667 , effective
march 25, 1960 approve the e.nnexstion of that certain real
property, contiguous to the City of Lodi, designated as
Lutheran Church Addition s a.nd

the City of Lodi the Certificate of the Secretary of State of the
State of Califarn:H, executed by sold Secretary of State on
v }rch 28, 1960, ref in.ring to ss id Ordinonce No. 667, and the an-
nexation of the re.,ij_ property described therein; zmd
WHEREAS, it is the desire of this City Council that said
property designated as Lutheran Church Addition
be withdrawn from the Woodbridge Rurra1 Ccunty Fire Protection
District, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of the City of Lodi as
follows:
That that certain real property, designated as
Lutheran Church addition 5 and particularly described as follows,
to wit:
portion of the Northwest 1 carter of Section 11,
Township 3 North Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Base and
f,leridi an, County of San Joaquin, State of California,
ana more rarticu1arizr described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the said
Northwest Quarter of Section 11; thence Westerly
along the North line of said Quarter 695 feet to the
true point of c— inning; thence South 00 42' East and
parallel to the East line of said Quarter, 390 feet;
thence due West and parallel to the North line of
said Quarter 509.5 feet to a point being 120 feet
East of the East iine of Hutchins- Sunset Park as per
map thereof fill ed rune 6, 1955 in Volume 14, page 56,
Book of ]p' snd Plats, San Joaquin County Records:
thence North 27° 1 ' West a distance of 112.45 feet:
.;,hence due Fest and parallel. to the North line of
said Quareer 70 feet to the northeast corner of Lot
143 of saic Hutchins -Sunset Fark; thence North 00 491'
West alone said east :tine of Butchins-Sunset Fark,
which :iJne is also a boundary line of the City of
Lodi, 290 feet tc the North line of said Quarter;
thence due East along the North line of said Quarter,
also a City 'boundary line, 630.35 feet to the true
point of 'e -inning, the parcel thus described con-
taining 5.42 acres, more or less.
anrnexed t o the City of Lodi by Council Ordinnnee No.667 , be and
it is hereby declared to be witharawn from the Woodbridge Rural
Crunty Fire Protection District.
