Home My WebLink AboutResolutions - No. 2277WW22110 Ott ft? 412 RESOLUTION NO. 2277 DE`T'ERMINING THAT THE NAMES OF CER'T'AIN STREETS IN CAPELL PARK AND BENSON NAiiOR, UNIT NO. 1, BE CHANGED WHEREAS, in accordance with its present policy in regard to the naming of streets, the City Planning Commission recommends that certain street names be changed in Capell Park Subdivision and Benson Manor, Unit No. 1, Subdivision; BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lodi that the name of Clarence Drive, as said street is designated on the official map entitled "Capell Park", filed August 18, 1959, Volume 16, page 26, San Joaquin County Records, and on the official map entitled "Benson Manor, Unit No. 1", filed October 14, 1959, Volume 16, page 34, San Joaquin County Records, be and the same is hereby changed to Capell Drive; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the name of Capell ]Drive as said street is designated on the said official map entitled "Capell Park" be and the same is hereby changed to Walnut Street; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the name of Eunice Drive as said street is designated on the said official map entitled "Bens.,n Manor, Unit No. 1", be and the same is hereby changed to Men Drive; BE I't' FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution, duly certified and sealed, be filed with the County Recorder of San Joaquin County to accomplish the purpose hereof. BE IT Ftht3I{EN RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be filed with the San Joaquin County Assessor, San Joaquin County Surveyor, Pacific Uas 4s Electric Company, Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Company and the United States Post Office, Lodi, Cal ifornia.
