HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 2268RESOLUTION NO. 2268 ADOPTING THE PREVAILING WAGE SCALE IN ACCOR- DANCE WITH SECTION 1770 OF THE LABOR CODE RESOLVED, in accordance with Section 1770 of the Labor Code of the State of California, that the City Council of The City of Lodi does hereby determine that the general prevailing rate of per diem wages paid in the City of Lodi is shown on "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 2241 is hereby repealed. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution No. 2268 was duly and regularly adopted by a unanimous vote of the City Council of the City of Lodi at the regular meeting thereof held Wednesday, August 19, 1959.
