RESOLUTION QONFIRMING ASSESSMENT

WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets of the City of
Lodi, County of San Joaquin, State of California, did on the
30th day of July , 1959, file with the City Clerk of said
City of Lodi, an assessment to represent the cost and expense
of the work and improvement done and made by Collins
Electrical Company, Inc., Contractor, pursuant to proceed-
ings had and taken by said City Council, under and pursuant
to Resolution of Intention No. 2212 adopted the 18tkday of
March , 1959; arid
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of said City of Lodi has duly
given notice by publication, and mailing in the time and
manner provided by law of the filing of said assessment and
of the time set for hearing thereon, which time was fixed
in said notices as the l9thday of August , 1959, at the
meeting place of said City Council located in the Council
Chamber of the City Hall, Lodi, California ; and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has received evidence
oral and documentary concerning said assessment and the
proper completion of the work and improvement for which
the same is issued;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City
Council of the City of Lodi, County of San Joaquin, State
of California, that the said assessment and the diagram and
warrant attached thereto, the proceedings leading up to the
same and all acts and determinations of all officers of the
City of Lodi in relation thereto be and the same are hereby
ratified and confirmed, and the ouperinterid.ent of Streets
is hereby ordered to deliver said warrant, assessment and
diagram to the Contractor, forthwith upon the payment by
him of the incidental expenses due thereon.

Certified to be a full, true and correct copy of
Resolution No. 2263 as passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Lodi in regular meet-"
ing held Wednesday,'
