HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 2255RESOLUTION NO. 2255 ,�FISQLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTTON OF 5PEC7 AL ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET LTGHT CONSTRUCTION ON THE SUNSET STREET L IGIiT- ING DISTRICT AND THE ALICAN` E-TAMARACK- Ri1BY STREET LTGHTINC DISTRICT FY THE COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR HESOLVED, that all special assessments for street light cunstruction in the Sunset Street Lighting District and the AIJ.eante-Tamarack- Rimby Street Lighting District which remain uiwalo at the time of the adoption of this resolution shall be forwarded to the San .Toaquin County Tax Collector with tufa request for their inclusion on the 1959-60 property tax ro 1 Is i ri accordance with the provisions of Chapter 18.1 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. 'The description of the property to be assessed and the amount of the assessment together with interest thereon from tho date of filing the original list of unpaid assessments ,zriit at the rate of one per cent (1%) per month to the next succerding thirty-first day of December of the tax year for whicti such roll is being prepared, a].I as provided in Section 5451 of said Streets and Highways Code, is contained in a list hereto appended and made a part of this resolution.
