RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lodi did, in
open session, on the 11+th day of JaY , 1959, publicly
open, examine and declare all scaled proposals or bids for
doing the work and improvement described in Resolution of
Intention No. 2232 for the construction of Street Light Stan-
dards and necessary wires and conduits along s portion of
Drive
Vine St. and Windsor/
in the City of Lodi, adopted on the
24th day of May , 195 9, which Resolution of Intention
is hereby expressly referred to for a description of said work
and improvement and for all particulars relative to the pro-
ceedings under Said Resolution of Intention;
NOW, THEREFORE, I T IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City
Council of the City of Lodi hereby rejects all of said pro-
posals or bids except that herein mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing said work and making said
improvements to the lowest responsible bidder, to wit:
Electric Equipment Company
at the prices named in the bid of said bidder on file in the
office of the City Clerk of the City of Lodi.
The Clerk of the City of Lodi is hereby directed to
publish notice of said award in the "Lodi News -Sentinel", a
newspaper published and circulated in said City of Lodi, and
heretofore designated for that purpose by said City Council
of the City of Lodi.

Certified to be a full, true and correct copy of
Resolution No. 2251+ as passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Lodi in regular meet-
ing held Wednesday, July 15, 1959.
