ADOPIIlVC THE PREVAR ING WAGE SCALE I N
ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1770 OF THE LABOR
CODE
RESOLVED, in accordance with Section 1770 of the Labor
Code of the State of California, that the City Council of
the City of Lodi does hereby determine that the general
prevailing rate of per diem wages paid in the City of Lodi
is as s}bwn on "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part
horeof -
}iE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 2206 is
hereby repealed.
