WITHDRAWING CERTAIN PROPERTY ANNEXED TO
THE CITY OF LODI FROM TRE WOODBRIDGE RURAL
COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, thia City Counoil did by Ordinance No. 640, effective
May 15, 1959, approve the annexation of that pertain real property,
contiguous to the City of Lodi, designated as Real.), Addition, and
WHEREAS, there is en file in the office of the City Clerk Of
the City of Lodi the Certificate of the Seoretary mf state of the
State of '41ifornia, executed by said Seoretary of State on May 18,
1959, referring to said Ordinance No. 640, and the annexation of
the real property desoribed therein, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of this City Council that said
property designated as t(ee.1 ' 4dditir:a be withdrawn from the Woodbridge
Rural County Fire Protection District, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LODI AS
FOLLOWS,
That that certain real property, designated as Healy Addition,
and particularly described as follows, to nits
A portion of the Northwest quarter (N4) of 5eetion
7, Township 3 North, 8anga 7 Eaet, Mount Diablo Base and
Meridian, more particularly described as followSI
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Liorthwest
quarter (llldr); thence South 87 42' East along the South
line of said quarter, a distance of 59.62 feet to the
£*yt line of State Highway X..SJ.4-Q (Cherokee Lane);
thenoe North 00 34' West along the East line of said
highway, 1650.0 feet to a point at the intersection of
said Erst line of Cherokee Lane, as desoribed in deed
executed by W.G. tticke to State of California, recorded
February 18, 1931 in Vol. 351 of Official Recorda, page
486, San Joaquin °fruity Recorda, with the North line of
that certain 244 acre parcel desoribed in deed executed
by Perrin to W.0, Micke, recorded November 9, 1917 in Book
"0" of Deeds, Vol. 310, page 79, San Joaquin Cennty Record.;
thence South 87° 124' East along said North line of the
244 acre tract, a distance of 370 feet to its intersection
vith the present City Limit line of the City of Lodi vhich
point is the true point of beginning; thence continuing
South 870 124 East along said North line, a distance of
396.0 feet to the West line of that certain 7.223 acre
tract desoribed in deed executed by W.G. Micke to State
of California, recorded Deoeaber 31, 1958 in Vol. 2131
of Official Reomrds, page 51, an Joaquin County Records;
thence South 00 48' Mut along the West line of said 7,223
acre trrot, a distance of 453.5 feet to the South line
of said 244 acre parcel; thence North 870 244' West along
aaid South line, a distance of 397.7 feet to ita inter—
section with the present City Limit line; thence North
00 34' West along tho present City Limit line, 454 feet,
more or less to the true paint of beginning, and. contain—
ing 4.12 acres more or leas.
annexed to the City of Lodi by Council Ordinance No,, 640, be and
it is hereby declared to be vitbdrevn from the Woodbridge Rural
County Fire Protection District.
